Property Management 

Since 2020, we’ve been dedicated to turning properties into thriving, well-managed investments. With 16 properties under management, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, transparency, and personalized service. From tenant relations to maintenance and everything in between, we handle the details so you can focus on the bigger picture. 

 

 

  • Monthly property management fee: 8% of the monthly collected rent
  • Tenant placement fee: One month’s rent per new tenant placed
  • Construction & repair discount (managed properties): 10% off all construction work
  • Small claims / eviction handling: $500 per case (court document preparation, filing, and court appearance included)
  • Property Inspection: $50 per unit
  • Professional photos: $200 per unit

 

Land Management

Providing reliable land management services designed to keep your property clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round. Our services include routine mowing, brush clearing, lot maintenance, tree removal, and snow removal to keep your land accessible and looking its best in every season.

 

 

  • Regular mowing and lawn maintenance
  • Sidewalk and property line trimming/weed control
  • Tree trimming and pruning
  • Tree removal and stump coordination
  • Snow removal (driveways, sidewalks, and access paths)
  • Brush clearing and general lot cleanup
  • Storm damage cleanup and debris removal
